Rev. David Reid

Rev. David was born in England and served as a Senior Officer/Navigator in the British and Canadian Merchant Navy for 8 years.

Following the Navy years, David has had 40+ years of industry and business experience with a strong emphasis on leadership, innovation and growing new enterprises.  For thirty years David has held senior management positions as CEO, President or Managing Director in the USA and United Kingdom taking on challenging projects and delivering results.

  • Ordained Minister of United Metaphysical Churches, Roanoke, VA.

  • Port Chaplain volunteer with the Seaman’s Church Institute (Port of Philadelphia)
  • Member of Federation of Fire Chaplains
  • M.A. In Interfaith Action – Claremont Lincoln University

David has many years of experience as a senior executive and throughout his working career he has witnessed the good work performed by Chaplains and was inspired by the story of the Four Chaplains on the SS Dorchester.  David serves as a Chaplain to serve others who need someone to listen and to be a presence to those in need.
